Scott Kozar is the Senior Vice President at Fletcher, Rowley, Riddle (“FRR”).

Scott advises FRR’s clients on political and media strategy, communications, and media buying and placement, working with over 100 campaigns during the course of his career.

A native of Huron, Ohio, he is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University College of Law. He lives in Washington D.C. with his wife, Maura.
